In this series, RS phase change connection materials are available as sheets, resistor pads, and dispensable paste. Phase change materials work by changing state as temperature changes. During this process, the material stores thermal energy, which is then released when the material cools. This means that the material can absorb thermal energy while heat is generated, helping to keep the component cool.
