Standard terminal block – Pluggable cross-connection system. A series of standard terminal blocks for DIN rails featuring an easy-to-use screw connection mechanism that can connect solid and flexible wires with or without wire end sleeves. Compared to the screwable cross-connection system, the pluggable, insulated cross-connection system allows for time-saving and cost-effective distribution of potentials across various terminal blocks. One advantage of this improved system is that adjacent terminal blocks of two different sizes can be interconnected using cross-connectors. With the two cross-connection guides, any number of terminal blocks can be linked together. The earth connection terminals can be mounted on the DIN rail without screws. This series of standard terminal blocks has an enhanced upper temperature range of 120 °C. The screw head of the standard terminal blocks is fully integrated into the housing to prevent metal parts from shifting when tightening the screw. Terminal material is polyamide PA 6.6 UL94-V0 with a temperature range of -40 to +120 °C. Free from toxins such as halogen and phosphorus. All terminal blocks have the same height and depth with wire entries at the same level.
