Samyang introduces a VDSLR MK2 series that features weather sealing, dual-labelled focal lengths, slim design and 9 aperture blades. Adopting Samyang's incredible video quality, this ground-breaking film lens series will help independent filmmakers and low-budget directors expand their creative horizons and is their first film lens.

The VDSLR MK2 set includes 4 of the most widely used focal lengths: 24mm T1.5, 35mm T1.5, 50mm T1.5 and 85mm T1.5. As well as offering the popular image quality and fast T-stop values of the existing VDSLR series, the models now also feature weather sealing, 9 aperture blades and the focal lengths are visible on both sides to facilitate professional use. The series is extremely versatile and available in 7 camera mounts.

In contrast to their compact size, the VDSLR MK2 lenses cover full-frame sensors (36x24mm) and are suitable for high-quality video production. This series inherits the outstanding image quality of the previous series: All 4 lenses are equipped with aspherical lens elements to reduce spherical and optical aberration and produce clear and vivid images. The 50 mm model also features an aspherical hybrid element to maintain its compact size without compromising performance.
