This wall-mounted TBS enclosure made of ABS is suitable for multipurpose applications. The enclosure has a height of 341 mm, a width of 291 mm, and a depth of 168 mm. The internal dimensions are 325 mm x 275 mm x 160 mm. It is made of ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene), which is impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and resistant to both low and high temperatures. It consists of 45% post-industrial recycled plastic (ABS) and is available in the color gray (RAL 7035). The cover is secured with captive flat screws located outside the sealed area, making it easy to open with a flat screwdriver. The enclosure can be used for junctions, terminations, protection of electronic circuits, support for push buttons, industrial automation, and other applications. It features Class II electrical insulation, which prevents electric shocks and allows for the construction of fully insulated solutions. Additionally, it is fire-resistant up to 650 °C according to the IEC 60695-2-11 standard. The enclosure offers high protection against dust and water with an IP66 rating (NEMA 4,4X) and is impact-resistant with an IK07 rating (IEC 62262). It can be used in an ambient temperature range of -25 to 60 °C without compromising its performance. The enclosure is TÜV certified and has Class II electrical insulation that prevents electric shocks.
