The ZELIO process module from Schneider Electric is a compact PLC control relay designed for simple automation tasks. It offers an efficient alternative to traditional relay controls and custom circuit board solutions. With a total of 20 integrated inputs and outputs, including 12 digital inputs (two of which can be configured as analog inputs from 0 V to 10 V) and 8 digital outputs, the module provides versatile application possibilities. The power supply is 24 VDC, and the digital outputs are implemented as relays. The device is suitable for mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail and has an IP20 protection rating for the terminal block and IP54 for the front panel.
