The collaborative Lexium robot features 6 degrees of freedom, allowing it to perform movements similar to human gestures, thereby relieving workers from heavy and repetitive activities. This robot can carry a load of 3 kg and has a working radius of 626 mm. Lexium Cobot is designed to support workers in completing repetitive and labor-intensive tasks while protecting their health through the automation of assembly lines. Its maximum operational speed is 1.5 meters per second, with a positional accuracy of +/-0.02 mm, and it operates within a temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. It includes 2 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 1 analog output, and an integrated torque monitoring system to protect workers from collisions. The protection rating is IP54. Made of aluminum, it weighs 12 kg. The collaborative robot can be used for fast and safe repetitive applications such as gluing, machine setup, palletizing, loading, welding, and adhesive bonding. It is certified according to GB11291.1, EN ISO10218-1, EN60204-1, EN ISO12100, EN ISO13849-1, EN61000-6-2, EN61000-6-4 +A1, ISO13849-1/2, ISO14644-1/9001, and is CE marked. This robot is monitored by a controller and can be connected to a force sensor base, a force sensor flange, and a 2D camera. It can be mounted in any position, such as on the floor, wall, or ceiling.
