The housings of the TK series are made of polystyrene or polycarbonate and are rated IP66. They are available in five different versions with sealed options that offer gray or clear covers. The housings are impact-resistant and flame-retardant, made from polystyrene or fiberglass-reinforced polycarbonate. The base is made of polystyrene with a clear polycarbonate cover or a gray polystyrene cover.

The housing covers include automatically molded, aging-resistant polyurethane seals that cannot fall out or be lost. They can be mounted on walls or surfaces using the openings under the cover screws or by screwing through the housing base. Sealing plugs for screw mounting are included. The smooth housing walls can be easily drilled, milled, cut, or threaded for cable entries. They are resistant to most acids and alkalis.

Temperature range: Polystyrene -25°C to +40°C, Polycarbonate -35°C to +75°C. These housings are ideal for electrical or electronic installations. Various insulating material mounting plates can be ordered separately.
