The RK series terminal box has a high degree of protection from IP 54 to IP 66. The basic equipment includes mounting spigots IP 54 and one and one mounting rail 35 x 7.5 mm for individual assembly. It has wall mounting options in the box base (alternatively below the cover screws) and metric knockouts (knockout holes). No subsequent drilling or routing - simply knock out the openings with a screwdriver and install the enclosed IP 54 mounting bosses. The cover, made of impact-resistant polystyrene, can be sealed as standard. To achieve a higher degree of protection (up to IP 66), it is sufficient to replace the mounting glands with cable glands. The housing material is halogen-free and has the UL "Yellow Card".
