Flowtin TS is a lead-free alloy that can replace eutectic or near-eutectic tin-lead-silver alloys. Flowtin TS is based on the tin/silver/copper alloy with micro-alloying additives. When switching to lead-free, no adjustments to the temperature profiles are necessary with Flowtin TS. For manual soldering, this means a longer lifespan for the soldering tips. The properties of the resulting solder joints are comparable to or better than those made with Sn/Pb solder in all respects.
