Die Normal-Optik wird an der APS-C-Kamera zum leichten tele. Ab Blende 3,5 ist die Bildqualität des 1,8/45 mm Di SP VC USD sehr gut bei geringem Eckabfall. Der steigt bei Blende 1,8. dazu kommt eine maßvolle Vignettierung von 0,6 Blenden. Die offene Blende lässt sich gut nutzen. Mit Stabilisator für 1100 Euro und empfohlen.
