The digital transmission technology places very high demands on the interference radiation safety of satellite, cable, and antenna systems. To protect the F-connector from interference radiation, compression connectors are absolutely necessary. These connectors provide an optimal mechanical and interference-safe connection to the F-socket. Televes compression connectors are the only crimp connectors designed for house distribution cables according to American and European standards. Unlike all other F-connectors, the FPS crimp sleeve encloses the cable jacket to keep water out.
