Televes KLT1310 Kit Wideband LNB/Optical Transmitter
Single LNBOnly 2 items in stock at supplier
Product details
Set consisting of a WideBand LNB with RF output that captures the entire frequency spectrum of a satellite and transmits it via 2 outputs (V-H) in a frequency range between 290 and 2340 MHz, as well as an optical transmitter. This features two satellite inputs, where it receives the RF signal from the LNB, and a third input for terrestrial input signals (88-694 MHz). The optical output signal is provided via an FC/UPC connector and can be split into up to 32 lines in the 1310 nm window with an optical power of 8 dBm.
Additionally, the kit includes:
- Power supply for the transmitter, with a 3.5mm to F-type adapter cable for EU and UK plugs
- Caps
Highlights
- For installations with up to 32 optical splits
- Conversion and merging of terrestrial and satellite signals
- FC/PC optical connector and F-type connector for RF
- Can be mounted externally (on a satellite mast) or internally (on a wall or in a cabinet)

Wideband Technology
WideBand (also known as FullBand) technology refers to a broadband transmission technique that utilizes a large frequency range. In WideBand TV systems, users have access to a large portion or the entire frequency spectrum. This technology can be used in combination with fiber optic systems where long cable runs are required, or in pure coaxial systems in combination with multi-switches that are adapted to this technology.
With WideBand technology, an LNB captures a complete satellite signal and distributes it through two universal outputs (vertical -V- and horizontal -H-), each with a combination of high (H) and low-band (L), in a frequency range between 290 and 2340 MHz.
Despite the fact that Quattro technology is currently the most widely used technology in TV systems, WideBand technology offers significant advantages.
