Product details

The Simera 28mm features a large aperture of F1.4 and a 14-blade diaphragm that creates stunning bokeh, perfectly separating subjects from their surroundings and generating a captivating sense of space. With a gentle focus roll-off, it creates a visual aesthetic that transcends the boundaries of ordinary perception, producing poetry with every shot.

The Simera 28mm is equipped with high refractive index (HRI) lens elements and an aspherical lens that precisely corrects sharpness gradients and spherical aberrations.

With a minimum focusing distance of 0.4 m, the Simera 28mm allows users to discover the intricacies of their subjects with exceptional detail. The subtle resistance at 0.7 m on the focus ring provides tactile feedback, intuitively indicating when the rangefinder can no longer focus and the electronic viewfinder should be used for optimal focus accuracy.

Features:

  • A large aperture of F1.4 provides a round and dreamy bokeh
  • Click and de-click aperture mode
  • Minimum focusing distance of 0.4 m
  • Rangefinder focus warning at 0.7 m on the focus ring
  • Automatic depth of field indicator
  • Vintage look matches the aesthetic of Leica.
