Ideal for instruments and telecommunications devices, from portable to laboratory and tabletop equipment. Molded from high-impact ABS, flame-retardant according to UL94-VO. These molded plastic enclosures consist of 2 parts with a tongue-and-groove connection between the two halves. This design provides a dust and splash-proof seal according to IP54 of IEC529.
The workmanship is of high quality: the top and bottom parts are embossed and have a scratch-resistant surface. Guide grooves allow for vertical mounting, and mounting domes facilitate horizontal mounting of circuit boards.
