This lens features a fixed focal length that cannot be changed. Prime lenses offer a high light intensity, allowing you to take good pictures even in less than optimal lighting conditions. This allows you to optimally isolate subjects from the background by using sharpness and blur selectively.

This lens can only be focused manually. Although manual focusing takes longer and is more challenging than working with autofocus, it does offer several advantages: it allows you to focus precisely on the point you want, enabling shots that match your vision exactly. In situations where autofocus would struggle—such as in low light, on smooth surfaces with little texture, or in foggy weather—you will prefer to focus manually.
