The Viltrox AF 56mm f/1.4 XF is a compact, portrait-oriented lens designed for mirrorless Fujifilm X-Mount cameras with a sleek design. The short telephoto focal length combined with the fast f/1.4 aperture allows for remarkable control over depth of field and is beneficial for working in challenging lighting conditions. The optical design includes elements with extra-low dispersion and high refractive index to reduce various optical aberrations and distortions, achieving high clarity, color accuracy, and sharpness.
Complementing the optics, the lens is equipped with an STM stepping motor that enables fast, nearly silent, and precise autofocus as well as manual focus adjustment.
