The apochromatic correction (the correction to three colors, not just two), symbolized by the three colored slashes on the lens, almost completely eliminates chromatic aberrations. The electronic integration makes it very convenient to use on E-mount cameras. For example, distance and focal length data are transmitted, giving the camera's 5-axis stabilizer the information it needs and automatically switching on the viewfinder magnifier during adjustment. The EXIF data also facilitate the evaluation correction of the images in image processing.
