Players take on the roles of Iron Man, Spider-Man, the Hulk, Captain America, Wolverine, and many other Marvel characters to stop Loki and a variety of other Marvel villains from building a superweapon that could destroy the world. The chase takes place through comic bricks in a LEGO Manhattan. Players visit key locations from the Marvel universe such as Stark Tower, Asteroid M, a Hydra base, and the X-Mansion.
