Product details

The PowerSpot infrared underheater has been specially developed for fast and gentle heating of PCBs. Particular attention was paid to achieving the most homogeneous temperature distribution possible. Mechanical stresses caused by localized overheating or cold edge zones are kept to a minimum. This makes the underheaters particularly suitable for processing large PCBs.

The underheater can also control devices (e.g., an extraction unit) or be controlled by an external device (PLC or foot switch). Interfaces are available for this purpose.

Features:

  • Temperature-controlled or power-controlled operation
  • Compact design for maximum ergonomics
  • Infrared radiant heater with closed surface
  • Simple operation thanks to optimized menu navigation
  • Autoprofiler function
