The 6213 EV valve is a servo-controlled diaphragm valve from the S.EV series. The spring coupling of the diaphragm assists in the valve's opening process. In its standard version, the valve is suitable for use with liquids. A minimum differential pressure is required for full opening. For gas and vacuum applications, a special version is available that opens the valve without differential pressure. Depending on the applications, different diaphragm materials are available. The standard brass housing meets all European drinking water requirements. For other markets, dezincification-resistant brass is available. The housing range is complemented by a stainless steel variant. To reduce electrical power consumption during operation, coils with integrated "Kick and Drop" electronics in double coil technology are available. The 0330 valve is a direct-acting, media-separated flap anchor valve. It is available in 3/2-way and 2/2-way configurations. As a 3/2-way version, it can be used as a distributor or mixing valve. Depending on the applications, different diaphragm materials and modes of operation are available. The standard brass housing meets all European drinking water requirements. The housing range is complemented by stainless steel (316L), PVDF, and polypropylene. The solenoids are encapsulated with a chemically highly resistant epoxy. Since the coil system is separated from the medium by a diaphragm, the valve is particularly suitable for critical media such as aggressive acids and alkalis. For commissioning and testing, the 0330 is equipped with a manual operation feature. To reduce energy consumption, all coils can be supplied with electronic power reduction or as impulse versions.
