Alternatively, you can use a coin or a key for tightening. The quick-release plate has four rubber inserts on the camera side, preventing the camera from twisting, even when equipped with a heavy lens or when taking pictures in portrait format. To optimally position the plate under the housing, the screw can be moved in the objective direction before tightening, allowing for flexible adjustment to the thread position in the camera.
