2. Blackrapid Hybrid Breathe
The Blackrapid brand brings the popular R-Strap belts in a perfected new version. The new belts are lighter, more functional, more comfortable and more breathable than their predecessors. The hybrid is the successor of the Yeti. It is the most versatile belt in the new R-Strap series, as it consists of a main belt and a detachable secondary belt for a second camera. The hybrid can therefore be used for either one or two cameras, with both cameras carried over one shoulder. Especially in this context, the large, ergonomically shaped shoulder rest of the hybrid offers an immense advantage. The Hybrid has the largest shoulder support of all R-Strap belts, making it the most comfortable of all R-Straps when used as a single belt. The two straps are essentially the same as the Sport and Sport Left models. The straps are connected to each other via two straps. They are worn similar to a backpack on both shoulders. This carrying method and the wide shoulder pads of the straps ensure that the weight of the cameras is optimally distributed, so that the cameras do not become a burden even after prolonged carrying. Thanks to their angled shape, the shoulder pads are perfectly adapted to the body. The two straps can therefore not slip easily. The shoulder pads have a very large surface area, so that they distribute the weight of the cameras attached to the straps over a large area. In the rear area, the shoulder pads are the widest, so that they bear the most weight there, which relieves the shoulders. In addition, the shoulder pads have a slight cushioning effect, which means they cushion the camera weight somewhat.
