To get the Buds you have to go to the Samsung website and upload the purchase confirmation of your Watch to the offer, then Samsung should send a confirmation within 5 days and within another 45 days the Buds should be delivered.
Dig I tec itself is not responsible for the Bonus Buds (unfortunately) but Samsung, I would check with them.
