A note rather than a question: careful with the PoE hat if you have a 3B+ model with high HDMI port - it can short circuit. See the "PoE+ HAT causes short circuit" thread on RPi official forum for details / photos of the issue. Also, just to add that PoE hat won't work with 3B (note the missing +) at all, since 3B doesn't have proper pins.
