After about 1.5 years of use, the connection between the subwoofer and the soumdbar broke. No chance of restoring it. Only with high and mid tones a mess... Plugging in or unplugging doesn't help, there are no instructions. Wanted to create a support ticket, now I have to dismantle the system and send it in. Does anyone have any tips on how to get it working again? Thank you!
