That's a good question, which I also asked myself when I bought it.
This is a screw cap. The glass carafes have a special safety system without a screw cap. So I am pretty sure that the glass carafes are not compatible.
For me, the system with the glass carafes almost always jammed. That's why I finally decided on the aarke and went back to the plastic bottle with a heavy heart.
