You can certainly use credit cards from Viseca and Cembra as well as some from Postfinance. There is a list on the Amazfit website.
P.s. the workaround mentioned there via an intermediary provider does not work in Switzerland or with Swiss cards either.
P.s2 My wife bought a Garmin watch for a little more, it also works with other maps and the battery lasts quite a long time. I currently use the Amazfit with a free Cembra credit card.
