Are there 3x ARCTIC P12 PWM PST A-RGB 0dB in the box or a different model? Because here on Digitec a single ARCTIC P12 PWM PST A-RGB 0dB fan costs approx. 21Fr.

These are the 0dB. The set of 3 is simply cheaper.
