That depends on your notebook. I use the part as a docking station for my home office and have connected 2x WQHD. My old business notebook (i5 8th Gen) couldn't handle it. My new one (i5 12th gen) has no problem with it.
Long story short: even if it's only WQHD for me, I'm sure the dock can handle 2x 4K (as certified as far as I know) if the processor and/or the USB-C specification of your notebook provide the corresponding power.
