Can I continue to use my old Minolta lenses on this camera with an adapter? And which adapter would I need so that the autofocus is also supported?

No LA-EA4 is made for KB, not APS-C.
https://www.sony.de/electronic...

The LA-EA3 is the same, but has no phase module and no actuator
for the older AF lenses driven by a slotted screw.
As only for SAM and SSM lenses.

Then there is the LA-EA1 and LA-EA2.
The LA-EA2 is the same as the 4.
and the LA-EA1 like the 3. However, both are for APS-C.

Yes, with the Sony LA-EA4 (art. no. 2403563). Don't forget that Minolta lenses are full-frame, but the adapter is built for Sony APS-C, so the focal length/zoom changes by 1.5x.
