Unfortunately I can't help you there. I couldn't use my MC adapter with my new Alpha camera and my Sony or Sigma lenses, so I had to buy new lenses, although my lenses were on the list for which I could use the MC adapter. Good luck with the change, and hopefully someone will write to you and you can decide.

Lens Sigma 18-35mm F1.8 DC (A) Art originally bought for Nikon D7200 and now would like to use this lens also with Sony A7. Does this work?
