The belt (without sensor) must not be washed in the washing machine. It should be rinsed under running water after each use and hung up to dry. If necessary, the belt can be carefully cleaned by hand with mild soap, but should not be machine-washed, ironed, dry-cleaned or bleached. Never tumble dry the belt.
