Can the Sony a6600 really take continuous shots at a speed of 100fps?

Yes, it can, but the 100fps refers to the video mode (for slow motion recordings, for example).

For normal photos, a maximum of 11 frames/s is possible at the highest resolution. In silent mode, a maximum of 8 frames/s is possible.

Of course not. The specification is wrong. It can do a maximum of 11 fps like all other A6x00s.
