The scope of delivery includes a mobile phone adapter in which the mobile phone is clamped. The adapter can be screwed onto the tripod plate. It can also be rotated 90 degrees, whereas the tripod head can be rotated freely by means of a ball anyway.

Only if your mobile phone has a hole for a 1/4" tripod head screw (this is probably not the case). But there must be an adapter for 1/4" tripod head screw for your mobile phone.
