Question about Olympus ED 12-200mm f/3.5-6.3
Can you test the lens somewhere in a shop ("showroom") with your own camera without obligation?
I had the opportunity to test the Oly 12-200mm for an hour.
It is very light, compact and very well made.
In comparison, I owned the Pana 14-140mm model (unfortunately not yet water and dust resistant), which is also very compact and has similar light properties. The quality of the Oly model is a bit better.
Since it opens from 12 to 200 mm, it is not easy to untwist.
The price is currently very attractive if you might not have bought it yet.
From a purely optical point of view, I prefer the Oly 12-100mm because the aperture is consistently at F/4, and it has fantastic sharpness.
