The two versions sound very good, both in terms of comfort and acoustics.
You'll find the differences on the respective datasheets.

However, the DT 700 Pro X model only offers 45 Ohm
which is perfect for any output that doesn't require fills.
This should be taken into account for private use or professional productions.

I'd suggest testing them with potential owners to remove any doubt.
