Charging case with Lightning. Why? As an Android user, it's just stupid. When will there be better support for other devices?

It was made for iPhone users, don't think Apple wants to make support for Android smartphones as well (so applies to the additional devices like Apple Watch, AirPods).

A Lightning to USB-C cable is included anyway and the case supports wireless charging. I don't see the problem...
