The X-Mount system is not compatible with Sony cameras. You can only use the X-mount lens on Fujifilm APSC cameras. The lens is available with E-mount for the Sony A6400.

Unless I'm mistaken, there is a version of this lens that is compatible with Sony. The X-mount version is not suitable for Sony cameras.

No, with X-Mount this only fits on Fujifilm. But I assume there is a suitable lens mount (bayonet).
