Dear Community, I need urgent help: Bought Microsoft Surface Laptop 5, Microsoft Surface Dock and Samsung Odysee G5 monitor connected to the dock with a MiniDP to DP. Driver for the monitor "successfully installed". Windows 11 all updates executed. Nevertheless, only a Generic Monitor with 640 x 480 is recognised. Does anyone know this problem and how can it be solved? Thank you very much for your answers.

Does the behaviour occur with the laptop closed or open (or both)?
The dock only has a limited resolution it can provide, perhaps this is exceeded with the external screen plus the laptop screen.
