Dear Digitec Team Everyone knows that you have as little information about the next delivery as other retailers. However, I think that despite everything, you should communicate the following questions openly: What exactly didn't work out with the pre-orders? There are not nearly as many Day 1 pre-orderers at other retailers who still haven't received their console as there are at your retailer. Why hasn't the pre-order quota been set lower? Did you guys even get a 2nd and 3rd wave (like MediaMarkt, Fust, etc.)? If not, why didn't that work out for such a big retailer like you? How many open pre-orders do you still have? That would at least give you an idea of where you stand... It would be even better if you communicate that we have x pre-orders. If you ordered between 06.00 - 08.00, you are in the first quarter and so on. I can understand that you don't write an email to everyone telling them exactly where you are. I think some information could reduce the annoyance of many pre-orderers a little. You can't not communicate! Kind regards

The article on order quantities was informative, but an update is long overdue.
When I asked via email, I received a reply in the style: "if you don't like it, you can cancel the order".

Regarding the position on the waiting list, the following information was received from customer service: "...unfortunately, it is not possible to provide information on the waiting position. I regret not being able to give you more pleasant news."
