Dear Galaxus team I have already sent the product in once and received a new one - but the problem remains the same: When I connect the external screen to the HDMI port of the multiport, it doesn't recognise anything. And this with three different laptops. Hence my question: Is the multiport suitable for connecting an external screen via HDMI cable? Thank you for your answer. mfg
