I have the 4G/LTE version of the Pixel Watch since Wednesday (12.10.22) and unfortunately 4G does not work with Swisscom. I installed com.google.android.apps.wear.companion_1.1.0.525084124-330690344_minAPI26(nodpi)_apkmirror.com.apk from apkmirror.com, enabled the Wingo eSIM and then reinstalled the original Pixel Wear app.

However, Google doesn't even offer the watch in Switzerland, which explains why Swisscom, Sunrise etc. don't even appear in the list.
I also wonder why it depends on the provider. Is e-sim not the same as e-sim?
