Yes, I find them very good for cycling. Very stable, compact, practical. I can't make a comparison with others, but ANC works as it should: damping enough without being fully isolated.

The hold of the headphones is very good. I find strong wind or wind noise when cycling a little annoying. My Sony WF-1000, which have three settings, are significantly better. The battery life is again outstanding, the case is very small. I would buy them again at any time.
