Charging with a USB-A port is not possible directly, as the Belkin Charger requires a USB-C port. However, you can use a USB-C to USB-A adapter to operate the charger with a USB-A port. Please note, however, that the performance of the charger then depends on the quality of the adapter and the power supply.
