Yes, the dji mini 3 pro can do practically all these things. It's also really cool at recognising obstacles, you just have to set it. But very many futures
Everything in it (and more) - except Livestream into the net I don't know...
I agree with the luescher about the livestream only on the remote control not directly into the net www or other it always has to be transmitted first
Yes it will come back from where it started also when battery is low. No livestreaming as far as I have understood, you can capture in vertical mode and create shorts/reels etc. Check its you tube channel.

It all hits home. The video is transmitted live to the remote control. Whether it can be forwarded directly from there - e.g. to social media - I cannot answer.
