Does the Galaxy Watch have a fall sensor? In case you fall somewhere and can't make yourself noticed, that would be an aspect that would be important to me....

the Galaxy Watch does not have fall detection, but the Galaxy Watch3 does.

No, a fall sensor does not have this watch, the Galaxy Watch Active2 apparently has one and the Apple Watch, I have had a trigger there before and that worked very well (Apple).
Some Garmin models also support this: https://gps.de/unfallerke...

There are also supposed to be other smartwatches with a fall sensor especially for seniors.
