Does the touch function (provided the monitor supports touch) work via Dex? Operated via HDMi and USB.

Unfortunately, I can't answer that because I don't have a touch monitor. However, there is this YT video (https://www.youtube.com/watch) in which it seems to work (according to one comment, it does not work with the Note 8).
