Does this adapter have an integrated WLAN module that allows it to communicate with my router via a WLAN access point so that I don't have to connect an Ethernet LAN cable? :)

No, there is only one 10/100 Ethernet port. However, you can use a small Wi-Fi gateway (e.g. a MikroTik mAP lite).
