Does this docking station also work with an HP Spectre and is it worth buying?

As long as the Spectre supports USB-C 3.1 with Alt-Mode (DP in), this works without problems. However, the Spectre should not be older than 3 years.

As already mentioned in the commentary, it is still possible that the Spectre will work. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm this.
