Does this drone already have CE certification?

According to this article, the drone currently has a CE classification but not yet a Cx.
According to https://www.drone-zone.de/wissen-wel..., however, the drone can be used with proof of competence category "open" A1/A3.

Training and testing can already be completed here on a voluntary basis: https://www.uas.gate.bazl.admin.ch/
